This board compares frameworks — IH Union drill levels (钻级, up to nine drills) and traditional government / tourism star systems.
Ground rules for this board:
- Community views and operator experience only.
- Not a substitute for government star ratings or official certification.
- Link primary sources when claiming a requirement (e.g. brand manual summaries, public tourism standards).
- Sister brand context: https://www.ihunion.com
Useful threads: renovation gaps when moving up a drill band; guest communication about private vs public ratings; training differences between "star checklist" and "drill narrative" hospitality.
