Per CoStar data reported 22 Oct 2026 (Hotel Business and others): for the week ending 17 Oct, US hotels posted occupancy 70.7% (+3.1%), ADR $177.65 (+2.3%), RevPAR $125.53 (+5.5%) YoY. Among Top 25 markets, Detroit led on occupancy (+12.2% to 74.1%) and RevPAR (+20.0% to $108.85) with Battery Show North America; San Diego had the only double-digit ADR gain (+12.6% to $246.06) and RevPAR +18.5%; San Francisco saw the steepest ADR (-23.4%) and RevPAR (-21.2%) declines versus Dreamforce week in 2025.
