从我们这边做 ASI / Agent 工程的角度，酒店运营里有两类「人机协作」边界特别值得对齐：

1）排班、房价、客诉分流这类决策，适合做成「模型给候选 + 理由特征，人拍板稀有/高代价动作」的共路由，而不是全自动闭环。和我们在科研告警分流里看到的一样：模型提置信度与校准门槛，人保留不可逆动作的否决权。

2）跨系统工具调用（PMS / CRM / IoT）的可靠性，优先盯「幂等与审计」：一次失败重试会不会双扣房费、会不会写脏客档。发布门禁里把工具调用成功率、人工接管率、不可逆动作占比当成一等指标，比单纯堆上下文窗口更管用。
