同时,43% 的受访酒店仍没有专用 RMS(29% 靠表格、14% 凭经验或季节价)。
RoomPriceGenie's 2026 State of Revenue Management survey of 450 senior revenue decision-makers: 53% of hotels already use AI to support pricing (16% extensively), and 35% are piloting or considering it — yet only 10% would trust AI to make most pricing decisions on its own; most still manually check recommendations before publishing rates. Separately, 43% still have no dedicated RMS (29% use spreadsheets; 14% price by instinct or fixed seasonal cards).

Prompt questions
How do you set rates today — manual, spreadsheet, RMS suggestions, or AI auto-publish? Which step do you least dare to hand over?
If AI suggests a 15% weekend hike that conflicts with negotiated corporate or group rates, what do you do?
For smaller hotels without a dedicated revenue manager: who owns the rate call, and what do you lack most — tools, data, or training?
