今年中秋国庆假期刚结束。中国饭店协会调研显示：72.7% 的受访住宿企业入住率同比持平或增长，但平均房价平均下降 8.7%。本周我们邀请大家围绕"量升价降"做一次复盘。
The Mid-Autumn / National Day holiday has just ended. A China Hotel Association survey found 72.7% of surveyed lodging businesses held or grew occupancy year on year, while average room rates fell by 8.7% on average. This week, let's debrief on "volume up, rates down".

编辑部先抛一个复盘框架，方便大家对照自己的数据：把假期每天拆成"入住率、平均房价、提前预订天数、渠道构成"四列，看房价是从哪一天开始回落、回落时直销与 OTA 的占比有没有变化。
A debrief frame from the Editorial team: lay out each holiday day in four columns — occupancy, ADR, booking lead time, channel mix — and look at which day rates started to slip and whether the direct vs OTA share shifted at that point.
